So in awe of my super woman wifey while smashing her doctorate! To quote: Get ready world…. (Get ready, us!)… The KohnGoldies are welcoming a 4th addition in April next year! This news sure astounded us and, no doubt, this little soul will be astoundingly wonderful. 👼Con and the “YaYas” are so excited! It will be 2+2 - perfect ⚖️… albeit with some bedlam, for sure. I’ve realised I’m a deeply spiritual person- just as my mind welcomes sharp insights from the beyond, my body (yes, at 40… it does indeed feel a little…woah!) has been a vessel for the most remarkable little lives, and so we simply say: wow, we are in awe… we are surprised…but we are also deeply thankful for this blessing and the honour of raising beautiful little souls. Ultimately, we are a family that is all about the nuclear tribe-vibe, and so we cannot wait to welcome you, little one, to our KohnGoldie Tribe. You will bring sunshine, wisdom, love, courage and searing insight from the beyond. Thank you for choosing us as your family. We had no idea we were not quite complete, but God and you knew better, and so we celebrate you and the gift of new life! We love you so much, already. 🙏🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Happy Mother’s Day to the ultimate matriarchal-badass Mama Bear! Sheepie, you are an amazing mother to our children, and an inspiration to so many more. I love the fact that you fight the good fight for Livs, Gia, and Connor! Even though your workload is heavy, I so admire that you often work silently into the early hours of the morning so you can be there for our kids as much as possible in the days. You’re the mom who can teach anything, any time, and any place. You carried our children with such grace and strength; even at times of great personal struggle to you… the loss of Dad, and even when you were hospitalized for low blood pressure and iron. You kept on keeping on… even when Connor was in your tummy and you had so little left to give, you remained a Queen of a mom to our girls and the students who treasure you so. All their brilliance, fearlessness, kindness, wonder, joy… it’s because you carried them, birthed them, and nurture them every day - as only you can. A tremendous giver of life and love to so many. But tonight, I salute you for how hugely you love our babies. Happy Mother’s Day wifey. You’re one of a kind. Xxx

Happy Happy Birthday to my amazing wifey, Lauren Kohn Goldschmidt - You are the ultimate “one of a kind”. We’ve been together for nearly 17 years, friends for longer, and consummate partners in all that we do – whether it be raising our children, bringing home the bacon, or planning a family getaway. You run logistics; operations; strategy; carpe-diem-planning (you’re big on this); lawyering; lecturing; mentoring; daughtering; BFFing (in the most sincere and caring way!!); wifey-ing; and of course, mothering… with an effortless vivacity, effectiveness and brilliance. I adore your versality, resilience, wit, insight, fearlessness, capacity for love, life and authenticity. And this spills over to our little humans and the window through which they see, and live in, the world. You are always by my side, finding solutions and ready to fight! It constantly amazes me how children seem to gravitate towards you like little moths to a flame, and I know it’s because they see your heart and intent which are always so pure and overflowing. You are a flame and you help others burn brighter because of it. You help your students believe in themselves and realise their potential. You live Errol’s legacy of fearlessness in the face of abuse of power, dishonesty, gaslighting, and the general trappings of societal trivia – you are only interested in levelling-up and all who come into your orbit inevitably do the same. You’re the living awesome paradox of soft and hard (the latter when it counts); hardcore intellectual; and ultimate good-time gal who can still shake it down on the dance floor with Hubster! I will never forget the time that I came home when Livs was 2 years old to the two of you dancing around our bedroom to Aqua’s “I’m a Barbie girl”. I am so proud of you for how hands-on you were during the lockdown, home-schooling Livs and Georgia-Mae and remote teaching your LLM classes, during your maternity leave, and while looking after and loving little baby Connor! I’m so very proud of you – as you can all probably gather – but seriously, you deserve the ultimate birthday shout-out!
