Partner at Ashersons Attorneys
I am a partner at Ashersons Attorneys. I joined the firm in 2007 where I completed my articles of clerkship and then elected to stay on as an Associate, whereafter I took up my current position as a Partner of the firm.
I was admitted as an Attorney of the Western Cape Division of the High Court of South Africa in July 2009, and obtained my rights of appearance in the Supreme Courts shortly thereafter.
Ashersons Attorneys is a boutique legal practice catering for an exclusive range of both corporate and high nett worth individual clients throughout South Africa, Africa, Europe, America and Australia. Ashersons’ attorneys and staff pride themselves on delivering a comprehensive, personal and tailor made service to its clients. With fast turn around time, focus and attention to detail, Ashersons has maintained its reputation as a leading South African law firm.
I have experience in contentious as well as non-contentious corporate and commercial matters ranging from the drafting of commercial contracts to commercial litigation. I represent a number of large franchisors in South Africa and accordingly have an excellent understanding of franchisor/franchisee relationships. I also have experience in all aspects of insolvency related matters including business rescue proceedings, liquidation and sequestration applications.

Hi,
I recently visited a website that you developed for Pickup Car Hire. I am based in Zambia and running a Car Hire. We are planning to develop a website almost similar to Pickup Car hire with the addition of Live Agents where customers are able to negotiate with the agents ( more like MSN). Kindly give us the quotation and the lead time including hosting if you do.
