The HTC Touch Pro was rumoured to be announced in last months unveiling of the HTC Touch Diamond but HTC have waited until today to unleash their latest and greatest offering. A barrister who claimed his motorcycle was immune to parking tickets because its wheels did not touch the ground was told to pay up today by the Court of Appeal.
